1. Authorization for Bookings and Reservations
The Client hereby authorizes MagsLove LLC to make bookings and reservations in the Client’s name using the Client’s funds. This authorization includes the use of any necessary credentials such as credit card information, account passwords, and other sensitive information required to complete the bookings and reservations.
2. Use of Credentials
a. Purpose: MagsLove LLC will use the Client’s provided credentials solely for the purpose of making the agreed-upon bookings and reservations during the booking period.
b. Confidentiality: All provided information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will be used exclusively for the intended bookings and reservations.
c. Destruction of Information: Upon completion of all bookings and reservations, MagsLove LLC will ensure that all provided sensitive information, including credit card details and passwords, is securely destroyed.
3. Breach of Contract
Any use of the Client’s provided information for purposes other than the specified bookings and reservations constitutes a breach of this contract. Such a breach may be subject to legal action and can be presented as evidence in a court of law.
4. Representation and Conduct
a. Best Efforts: MagsLove LLC commits to representing the Client in the best possible manner, ensuring that all bookings and reservations are made according to the Client’s preferences and specifications.
b. Prohibition of Slander and Defamation: MagsLove LLC adheres to a strict policy against slander and defamation. Any actions or statements that may harm the Client’s reputation are strictly prohibited and against company policy.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until all bookings and reservations are completed, at which point the Agreement will automatically terminate, and all provided sensitive information will be destroyed. The client can also back out of this contract at any time as long as it is clearly communicated between parties.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
8. Amendment
This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
